Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing.
Bookings may be transferred, subject to availability, if requested before 31 days of arrival.
Transfer valid for 12 months from original booking date.
Cancellations require a minimum of 31 days notice.
Refund will be given if cancelled prior to 31 days of arrival, minus a $30 administration fee (per site/cabin).
Bookings must be paid for in full if cancelled within 31 days.
