Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing.
Bookings may be transferred, subject to availability. Valid for 12 months from original booking date.
Cancellations require a minimum of 31 days notice.
Refund will be given if cancelled prior to 31 days of arrival, minus a $30 administration fee (per site/cabin).
Bookings must be paid for in full if cancelled within 31 days.
Reservations cancelled, amended or altered (early departure) at the commencement or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies will be forfeited by the guest.
