Vehicles:

Fares for caravans, boats or trailers and the towing vehicle are charged separately, according to individual overall lengths. The overall length is either the length from bumper to bumper or the actual length including fixed tow bars on cars. For cars over 5 metres and all caravans, boats and trailers please supply the exact length of the vehicle when making your reservation.

Payment Instructions

Please accept my request for a booking.

I agree that the first nights accommodation payment is required to secure my booking during Mid and Low seasons.

I also agree that full payment is required if booking is less than 31 days away and during High season.

 

Payment Conditions

Payment confirms booking.

 

Tourist park Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing.

  • Bookings may be transferred, subject to availability, if requested before 31 days of arrival.

  • Transfer valid for 12 months from original booking date.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 31 days notice.

  • Refund will be given if cancelled prior to 31 days of arrival, minus a $30 administration fee (per site/cabin).

  • Bookings must be paid for in full if cancelled within 31 days.

 

Ferry Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
  • Cancellation more than 7 days before departure - 50% of total cost
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure - 80% of total cost
  • Cancellation on day of departure - 100% of total cost
